Brandon Ikard - President and CEO

Brandon is a successful businessman and will runs the day-to-day operations of the AIF league. He is no stranger to the indoor game, having many years of experience as a player, coach, and consultant.

Ikard is a graduate of University of Western Carolina with a Masters of Entrepreneurship, and he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Ai Apparel Group, Inc a company co-founded with his wife, Kayla.

Larry Clark - Director of Operations

Larry Clark is a professional in the field of indoor football and currently serves as the Director of Operations for the American Indoor Football (AIF) league. He began his career in indoor football in 2011 when he took on the role of Director of Business Operations for the Marion Blue Racers indoor football team. In 2013, Clark joined the AIF as the Director of Operations, where he is responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of the league.

As the Director of Operations, Mr. Clark plays a vital role in managing day-to-day league operations, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the AIF. His experience with the Marion Blue Racers and his subsequent role in the AIF has provided him with valuable insights into the indoor football industry and its unique challenges.

Jerry Wilson - Director of Officiating

Jerry Wilson is a highly respected figure in the world of football officiating and the appointed Director of Officials for the American Indoor Football (AIF) league. With an impressive 40-year career, Jerry brings a wealth of experience to enhance the league's officiating program and uphold the highest standards of fairness and integrity.

Having officiated in NCAA collegiate football for 32 years, including 18 years as a Division 1AA official, Jerry's expertise is unparalleled. He also boasts 24 years of invaluable experience as an official in Arena football.

Jerry's extensive experience in both NCAA collegiate football and indoor football makes him the ideal candidate to lead the officiating department. His appointment underscores AIF's commitment to maintaining officiating excellence, ensuring a fair and thrilling experience for players, coaches, and fans alike.

Jesse Heninger - Chief Marketing Officer

Jesse Heninger is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for football. On July 29th, 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the American Indoor Football (AIF) league. With an impressive background in the football industry, Jesse brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

His track record includes key positions such as Director of Marketing, Operations, and Sales for the Richmond Roughriders in 2017 and 2018, and the West Virginia Roughriders in 2019. He also served as the Director of Marketing and Assistant Director of Corporate Sponsorships for the Massachusetts Pirates in 2020, showcasing his leadership skills and innovative marketing strategies.

With a diverse educational background, including an Associate's Degree in Journalism from Santa Fe College and a Bachelor's Degree in Film & Media from the University of Florida, Jesse combines creativity and strategic thinking in his marketing endeavors.

Dorian Redden is a dynamic graphic designer with a strong passion for combining his artistic skills with his love for arena and indoor football. Hailing from the Albany, NY area, Dorian's creative journey has been driven by his desire to merge his two passions seamlessly. As the main graphic talent behind the Albany Empire, he has collaborated with numerous players and brands within the arena football landscape, gaining valuable insights into the industry's unique demands.

Dorian's portfolio showcases his ability to craft impactful team logos, eye-catching uniform designs, and compelling promotional materials that resonate with both fans and organizations. His work extends beyond sports, reflecting his keen eye for design in various contexts.

Joining the American Indoor Football (AIF) league's Graphic Design department, Dorian is set to contribute his unique perspective. His excitement about combining his graphic design talents with his fervor for indoor football underscores his commitment to building a strong brand identity for the AIF. Melina Gosa – Director of Community Relations

Melina Gosa is a native of Texas, began her career in Dallas-Fort Worth, amassing expertise in customer service, policy development, marketing, and management. Since moving to Coastal Bend in 2014, she's become an agent for positive change. In April 2023, she joined the Corpus Christi Tritons as their PR and Marketing Manager, later ascending to AIF Director of Community Relations.

Melina operates by the motto "work smarter, not harder," focusing on resource optimization and effective communication. She believes that compromise and open dialogue are essential for resolving challenges, both in business and in community initiatives.

Outside the office, Melina serves on six nonprofit boards, addressing various community issues. She's committed to the collective betterment of AIF markets and envisions them thriving through unified efforts. Her leadership aims to strengthen communities by fostering shared dedication and collaboration.
